NEW ELEVATOR & FACILITY RENOVATIONS
CONSTRUCTiON FEE: $359,000

Because of the history of the building the Owner desired an addition that complimented the original portion of the building. Design and construction included an addition to house a three-stop elevator with a rear entrance at the basement level where 2 ADA parking spaces were added.  New ADA compliant toilet rooms were added for the community room on the second floor, second floor kitchen, vestibules all floors, and rear lobby on the first floor so that constituents would have access to municipal offices.  All work was performed in compliance with New York State Building and Energy Code.  The project was designed to comply with construction provisions of ADA Standard for Accessible Design.

Consultant worked in conjunction with the New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR) and funding for the project was provided by the New York State Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).
